We are structured as
Voluntary Participation
SCPC operates on the principle of voluntary participation, allowing members to engage at their own discretion.
Regular Gatherings
Meetings are convened once every three months, providing a consistent forum for members to come together, exchange ideas, and collaborate on various initiatives.
Rotating Hosting
Responsibilities
Hosting responsibilities for SCPC meetings are assigned on a rotating basis among members which ensures that all members have an equal opportunity to contribute to the organization’s functioning and share the responsibility of organizing and facilitating meetings.
No Enrolment Fee
SCPC membership does not require any enrolment fee. This removes financial barriers to participation, making it accessible to individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizations.
Knowledge Sharing
Sessions
Each SCPC meeting typically consists of 3 to 4-hour knowledge-sharing sessions. These sessions are designed to facilitate in-depth discussions, knowledge exchange, and learning experiences among members.
No Financial Burden for
Hosting
Hosting organizations and participants do not incur any expenses for hosting or participating in SCPC meetings.
By adhering to these principles, SCPC aims to create an inclusive and collaborative environment that fosters continuous learning, networking, and professional growth for its members.
